Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex is a platform game published by Universal Interactive Studios along with Konami and developed by Traveller's Tales for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and Eurocom for Nintendo GameCube. Its initial release was on the PlayStation 2 in North America on October 29, 2001. In Japan, it was released as Crash Bandicoot 4: Sakuretsu Majiin Power (Japanese: クラッシュ・バンディクー4 さくれつ!魔神パワ).

The game is the sixth instalment in the Crash Bandicoot video game series. It is the fourth in the main series of the franchise, and the first of those not to be developed by Naughty Dog. The story centers on the appearance of a new superweapon created by the main antagonist of the series, Doctor Neo Cortex, along with a group of destructive masks known as the Elementals. Crash Bandicoot and his sister Coco must travel the world and gather special Crystals that will return the Elementals to a hibernational state, and defeat Cortex's new superweapon, a genetically advanced bandicoot named Crunch Bandicoot.

Critical reception of the game was mixed to positive, with many reviewers opining that the game made few innovations compared to its PlayStation predecessors. It qualified for various best-sellers ranges, including the Platinum Range for PlayStation 2, and Xbox Classics. The game was released as a launch title for the Xbox Originals service on December 4, 2007.
