But through that program, we discovered we were actually doing so much more, as these individuals started creating their own goals and forming careers of unlimited potential in the company.

How you doing? I'm Rick Arvielo, CEO of New American Funding, and I want to speak a little bit about Launch Lab.
Launch Lab is our school for getting into anything mortgage, and, you know, we didn't really start out wanting to build a school. We started out much more grassroots, we started bringing in young people into this industry for our CSR program, it's customer service responsibilities, and found that we were able to cultivate these people and really move them into a lot of different areas within the company and they did very very well. They were excited, they were young, energetic, everything that we love about NAF and our culture is to engender that excitement about what we do, which is administer the American Dream.
So we decided to expand on it, and we came up with the Launch Lab. It's a full-blown school where we're going to be able to train as many as 100 - 150 people at a time and really teach them anything mortgage.
You know, if sales isn't your bag, that's ok. We've got processors, underwriters, you know, we have the sales, it's a dynamic career. We've had people move into our marketing teams and into our tech teams, customer support, you know, all of the above. And with New American Funding, you know we're growing so fast we have this constant need for those types of talent and it's a great career. I mean, the people in mortgage make good money.
With the New American Funding culture and everything we engender here, it's just an exciting thing to be able to watch these kids come in and really embrace what we do and grow and shine in our industry.
Getting somebody into their home is still the single best way to ascertain wealth in America. So, it's something to be very proud of. We love it, we enjoy it.
